Burnley are known for their solid range of core beers and well balanced german-influenced seasonals, picking up multiple awayds along the way including Beer & Brewer Magazine’s Best New Brewery 2018, Ale of a Time Podcast “One to Watch” 2019 and Drink Easy Awards finalist 2019.

Of everything you’ve made, what are you most proud of and why?
The Coffee Brown Ale on Nitro. Best of both worlds has that iconic Melbourne coffee element meets a banger Brown Ale base. It takes beer into something that can be interactive.
What were you doing 10 years ago to the day?
I had just left Australia to backpack around Europe for the first time. How great was travelling? I remember her well
What was the last drink you couldn’t finish and why?
It was a lager from a Melbourne brewery but as mum always said, if you don't have something nice to say don’t' say it.
What are the 3 things you wish you could tell your 16-year-old self?
Mainly gal, you've got dyslexia you are not dumb. Don't be in a rush to move out coz that's expensive, and understand the power of feminism more. Also if for some reason I am talking to my 16 year old self, INVEST IN APPLE STOCK

What’s your favourite restaurant in Melbourne?
I have a lot and it's hard to pick but I think it would have to be Fancy Hanks
What hospitality trend will you be glad to see the back of?
It's still around, so I will let you know once it's gone
You’re hosting the Prime Minister for dinner. What do you cook?
A lesson on Aussie history coz mate we did have slaves. With a side of the truth about Global warming
Who’s the one person you’ve learnt the most from or who has inspired you?
Myself, coz I am just so humble. Jks, honestly I would have to say Michelle Obama as at one point she was Barack's boss and I think about that daylily
What’s your biggest small business tip for anyone wanting to start?
Don't. HAHA I am on a roll today. But say goodbye to sleep, life and freedom.
